About us
A steering specialist, not a general trader
Guangzhou Zhenhao Auto Parts Co., Ltd. manufactures chassis components for the aftermarket — and steering racks are the centre of it.
We are a professional manufacturer of automotive chassis components with a 10,000 m² factory and a team of 120 skilled workers and technicians. Our main products are power steering racks, steering pumps, shock absorbers and air conditioning compressors.
For many years we have focused on the aftermarket, supplying compatible parts for Japanese, European and American vehicle models. Raw materials, production processes and final inspections are controlled in-house so that quality stays consistent from one shipment to the next.
Our customers are mainly in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. We support OEM and ODM customisation and accept both bulk and sample orders.

What we do
The parts that keep older cars on the road
We build and stock the wearing chassis parts that repair shops and distributors reorder most — four families covering the same vehicle parc.
Pumps & compressors
Direct-fit power steering pumps and A/C compressors with matched pulleys, reservoirs and clutches.
Shock absorbers
Front and rear shock absorbers, plus air struts and air springs for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Land Rover, Porsche and Volkswagen.

From enquiry to container

Send OEM numbers, vehicle details or photos. We confirm the reference and quote price, MOQ and lead time.

Sample
A sample or trial order lets you fit and test the unit before committing to volume.

Production
Batch production with in-process checks, then leak and function testing on finished units.

Shipping
Export cartons, pallets, documents and loading — sea freight by default, air for urgent orders.
Quality
Three points where defects are stopped
Inspection is not a final gesture. It is placed at the three points where a problem can still be corrected cheaply.
Incoming material
Housings, racks, pinions, seals and boots are checked on arrival. A batch that fails is rejected before it reaches the line.
In process
Machining tolerances and assembly preload are checked at set intervals during production, not only at the end.
Before packing
Finished units are checked for leaks, free movement and correct travel, then packed with protection for sea freight.

Machining, assembly, testing and export packing happen under the same roof in Guangzhou, so a problem is caught on the line — not at the port.
