Signs of overwork

• The pump runs again shortly after the car is locked.
• The car rises slowly or only after several attempts.
• The pump runs frequently during normal driving.

Find the leak first

Check springs and lines with soapy water. If the car levels after starting, the leak is usually in the spring or the line.

Relay and replacement

Replace the relay together with the compressor: a sticking relay can keep the pump running. Replace the compressor if it stays silent or does not build pressure after the leaks are fixed.
